New and existing York-Med clients can select to order hardware & supplies through York-Med or can call us to obtain the correct specs and purchase items themselves.

Within York-Med we recognize that Installation and Implementation process requires detailed project management. As such, we have developed an Installation Methodology that applies to all new client transitions. This plan is utilized for all enterprise solution installations. In order to deliver a successful installation, a detailed project plan is created and managed by the Implementation Supervisor. All communications with the clinic will be coordinated through the Implementation Supervisor to a number of senior resources engaged in these projects. This group has a solid understanding of technology requirements, expertise in hardware and software installation, extensive product knowledge, and an understanding of user training requirements. The Implementation Supervisor will be responsible for creating the project plan and establishing formal meetings and calls as required to discuss any issues related to the installation, communicate milestones and managing the timelines of a successful installation.

A successful installation and implementation requires the involvement of a number of individuals from many functional areas executing their tasks concurrently.
