User Web Casts
York-Med's Free Product Web Cast sessions have been well received by our clients. Once a month a training/product specialist hosts a web cast where they address frequently asked user questions.
Each session has a main topic and the session lead will demonstrate tips, tricks, and new concepts relating to the topic of the day.
These web sessions as well as being a great way to improve your level as a user are an excellent vehicle for giving your feedback and user suggestions for future updates.
All you need to join in is an email address, a computer, and a phone.
To participate, email heather.pugh@york-med.com (Heather Pugh) at least 3 business days prior to the next session. Also, email Heather if you have any suggestions for future sessions.
